Quiche Bites
Make a quiche batter like you normally would. Instead of making a
large quiche with a pie crust try something different. Grease a mini
muffin tin and place a small amount of the quiche mix into each reservoir.
Careful only to fill each hole about 3/4 full. Bake at 325F.
Watch closely during the baking process. Cooking time will vary
depending upon thickness of the batter and amount of cheese and or bread
product. When done, pop out onto wire rack and repeat. Be sure
to wipe each reservoir out with at clean paper towel in-between each batch
and regrease.
